H&M, I usually don’t enjoy my shopping experience in your store. I like your clothes but your employees seem kind of cranky aka over worked and under paid.. last night my son and I needed a few things from the young men’s department.. I can not think of I a single sentence that would emphasize the genuine appreciation and gratitude my son and myself felt leaving your establishment last night. Your employee Marco I believe (I hope I got his Name right) deserves a raise! He was incredibly patient and helpful with all our otherwise “annoying” questions! I was hesitant to approach him with my questions as he was at the register and not on the actual floor but he was more then happy to take a moment to answer all my questions and even explain your loyalty program to me. Thank you for making our shopping experience not only painless but pretty enjoyable!
