Peace...A group of us visited this location on Sunday. We were seated rather quick. We sat for about 10 minutes before the waitress came over and took our order for drinks. Once bringing the drinks after 15 minutes we asked can we get some Splenda...she said she'll be right back and also bring a pot of coffee. 10 minutes later we asked for the manager to complain about our waitress but she stated she's working on bringing out the coffee. Once she came back we asked what happened to the Splenda she said she forgot it...and said our food should be out shortly. Once the food came, out of 6 of us 5 of our orders were cold. Once talking to the manager AGAIN she said the kitchen was backed up...but if they were...someone should have let us know beforehand and gave us the option if we wanted to wait it out or not...the waitress seemed like she was lost and the manager was not apologetic. I told her we were not paying for cold food...and I would pay for the beverages we did have...but we just left. Once we were leaving I counted a total of 37 people in the restaurant. If they were understaffed in the kitchen, the manager should let the guests know so they'll understand.

Service is slooooow...only have 2 waiters working it seems in the afternoon. They do not participate in "Hoppy Hour" unless you take it to-go. Very disappointed. Foods ok... depends on the chef. This location seems very lackluster, even the people working here seem sad and confused about their job or standing around a booth in the back laughing and chatting to each other. lol it's weird..maybe I'm biased bc I used to help run restaurants but this place is drab.

Service is beyond slow and inattentive. Restaurant is not clean. The burrito wrap is 90% hash browns with barely any other ingredients. I got my strawberry and crème crepes and there was no cream in them. Any opportunity to mess up, this place will do it. Will definitely never be coming back again.

Went here for breakfast with my girlfriend and we decided we are never coming back here again. The wall of our booth was covered in syrup. The food was ok until I found a piece of hair in my hashbrowns. Next she found a longer piece of hair in her omelette. Our waiter told the manager and our meal was discounted by $6. Usually the manager would come out and apologize in these situations, but we weren’t given that luxury. While waiting for the check we watched a roach crawl out from the maple syrup jar at our table. The roach got some refreshing air then proceeded to crawl into the other jar of syrup next to it. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you enjoy the taste of roach eggs in your syrup. The black dot on the blue syrup jar is the roach staring at us.
