I was very disappointed with the court proceedings. Judge Aten was very rude. I have been living in he'll for the past 8 months and none of that mattered to her. This landlord has been in her court dozens of times and yet he is never held accountable. I was told she is not for the tenants and today I saw it first hand. So 😔

I filed a child abandonment warrant in June and contacted the court for an update several times throughout the months. They just said they don’t have it on the calendar. I call again 6 months and the court case was held on November 16th but I never received a notification. Terrible service the very worst.

As a reinforcement tool filing with the courts would be a good idea.. And to honor that 30 day notice to vacate..you can then ask the courts to ensure the tenant exit your property on such set date.. I hope this helps..

Yes, you need to make an appointment to go before the judge and get officiated. They have to put you on their calendar. At the same place you got your marriage license, make your appointment!!!
No you cannot, one there is no drop box and two you must appear in court or you will lose
