My PCP sent a referral to this office 2x. The scheduler, LeAnn says it’s not received. I have a plan that doesn’t require a referral, but I offered to provide a copy of the paper referral I received from my doctor. She requested I fax it over. I explained I do not own a fax machine but can scan it to her. She seemed to get annoyed. I am guessing they are either overbooked, not motivated to accept new patients and the disinterest in providing needed care is apparent. As a former employee of Piedmont Healthcare, this is inconsistent with their culture.
