My husband & I came to this Jeweler on Dec 18, 2021, as we stood there, one jeweler acted like she was so busy she refuse to acknowledge us. The store was crowded because of the Christmas rush. One lady was standing in the corner observing every one who walked through the door, so she knew who was next in line. I guess it was lunch time or people were on break. Then a very nice woman name Diana appeared, this was the best Jeweler I have ever encountered & experienced, she asked me what do i like, what type of diamond i was looking for, i was disappointed because all the pictures i pulled from searching online all those rings were gone. But as i told her what i liked she actually listen. I walked away with the most beautiful upgraded ring. I was completely satisfied. I had a better experience here then i had at Jared. Diana was amazing & she deserves a raise. I love when you encounter other passionate people. & ladies yes we were told about the Maintenance of my ring as well. But i totally 4got about that part because i was so satisfied with my experience. Kudos to DIANA

Customer service is way below standard. The ladies in there ignore you and never greet you. Worst Customer service 😒 I have experienced at a Kay jewelry. I bought a 1000.00 watch and needed links added to the band. I never saw it again. 8 weeks past. No calls, no cards. I went back to return it since I just picked it out and never saw it again. The lady at the counter told me I can't return it since I did not have it. I said what it never left the store. I paid for it and did not have it. Why can't I return it. I am not a racist person, but I can tell you I sure felt it from the staff. I know know what it feels like. The ladies there were just rude. I would recommend go elsewhere. Shane seems to be a good place. I have had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. 💳 Buy elsewhere...........

Do yourself a favor and go to a different Kay. If you do choose to come here, prepare for no customer service and to wait at least 20 min for the two people that work in here to help you. Imagine spending good money and having a terrible experience, being treated like an annoyance rather than a customer.

Awful customer service not a single person acknowledged me. As a Hispanic person I walked in eager to find what I was looking for but all I got was a stare! This location has African American employees and I noticed as soon as a African American person walked in they were instantly acknowledged! Don’t go to this location!!!!! Racist and rude!
