Had an appointment and received a text to remind me 45 minutes prior however after I drove 35 minutes to be on time for my appointment at 11:45 AM there was a sign on the window stating they were not taking any appointments until further notice. No text to customers letting them know not to come. In this day and age they could easily text you however customer service is non existent.

By far thee worst pharmacy ever! Always closed on random days. Drive up window just randomly closed while staff are inside. I know it’s covid but I have seen signs closer due to illness. I don’t understand why backup can’t help or something. This is just crazy. I have been three days without pills. Some people can not wait that long because some pills will make you sick going off of them. No consideration of anyone’s health at all. What a joke of a pharmacy.

I just left this CVS and I have to say the front store clerk (lady) and the gentleman working today had the absolute best customer service. Very polite and helpful in a very frustrating situation, hands down I truly appreciate their service, made a frustrating situation easier to deal with. Thank you!
