Live here if you want no running water on a weekly basis with no notice for hours at a time, and ladies in the office who simply tell you “that’s not my job. Someone else is working on it.” Not convinced? Let me sweeten the deal with no hot water for three days straight for 1800’s style bathing at 2022 “luxury prices”. You also get broken security gates, random illegal added rent fees and all kinds of fun. Oh and there’s no open swimming pools for over a week. No water. No swimming or running water in 112 degree weather? NEW Management so ignore the old positive reviews. Edit: My water came back on a couple hours after communicated, what didn’t was the hot water. Second time this month no communication no hot water. If you enjoy cold showers come be my neighbor. The front office will be lovely to you till you move in and actually need something that might cost the company money.

I was crying our first day in this apartment. We moved from out of state and only saw photos. We were never offered a virtual tour. Please compare the photos of the unit that they gave us and what’s online. The AC is VERY loud. We can’t hear each other when it’s on. The drawers do not have gliders, so it’s wood on wood and are very loud when you open or close them. The tub was left with paint and dirt on it for us. The place smells. The bathrooms smell like pee. The mailbox and storage key that they gave us DO NOT WORK. There are no lights or fans on the ceiling except in the living room and kitchen. The outlets are loose. Nothing stays plugged in. The fridge door needs the hulk to open. They placed us in a unit in front of two huge dumpsters, so flies are everywhere. We’ve requested for fixes for everything MULTIPLE TIMES but haven’t received any services. I’ve contacted the office multiple times through emails and phone calls about not being able to set up my portal. NOTHING. I finally went to the office yesterday and the girl there said she didn’t know how to do it. The other girl does. I then realized that the picture on line are that of the office area not of the actual units. I’m beyond frustrated and heartbroken. The dryer does not work. One of the burners does not work. I am begging you not to rent here.

Complex has constant water outages. A gated complex with one gate completely closed off and the other always open. Apartment was dirty on move In. Maintenance woke me up trying to let someone into my apartment that was for a different apartment. My refrigerator has broken 3 different times. My dryer has broken once. Required to pay 10$ a month for valet trash when I can walk less than 100 feet to the dumpster. Management switched the online portal and wasn't clear that rent wasn't going to go through so they charged me over 100$ in late fees. No attempt has been made to renovate these apartments aside from a fresh coat of paint and some slightly new appliances. And to top it all off they are going to raise rent by 100$ a month starting in July. This apartment complex is a joke spend your money a different complex.

I was skeptical when I first read the reviews on the apartment. However once we moved in the neighborhood seems pretty quiet and I have extremely friendly neighbors. Maintenance workers have been quick to respond to any problems we’ve had and everyone has been very friendly overall I really love my little apartment❤️
