We've lived in these apartments since July 2016. It's pretty much been a nightmare since day 1. They installed new flooring in our unit, which was awesome, but they did not clean before move in date. The floors were completely covered in dust and little pieces of old tile were left in the corners. We also found a large cockroach in the bathtub our first day. They sprayed for us, which helped, but that was the last we really ever saw of the maintenance people. We had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that would leak every time our upstairs neighbor took a shower (they also blasted music and movies at all hours). When they looked at the leaking crack they told us "oh don't worry about it until it gets soft"... it was not fixed until the new management took over. We also had a broken bathroom door until 2 months before we moved out. The faucet has always been leaking even after we were told it was fixed. Our oven only worked at 350° and only 1 stove burner worked. The fridge also dropped water all over our food. Pretty much every lightbulb has been out since we moved in and not replaced. I could list so much more. They call these luxury apartments but they couldn't be further from it. Even the renovated apartments are just painted nicer and have 'barely' newer appliances; same cabinets and old parts. I don't recommend living here especially for such a high cost.
