Worst experience I've ever had buying appliances here. Spent over $4,000 on appliances alone, and another $400 on parts and install. Purchased appliances on Feb 16 and just now got the dishwasher installed after 5 tries. Absolutely zero communication between store and install team. Sent a defective washer and we're trying to refuse to take it back because the install team left it sitting in the middle of the kitchen for a month, stating that that meant we "accepted" the defective washer. Save yourself the trouble and go to an appliance store that does their own install. Very poor and unprofessional operation from Lowes.

I've continued to have great service at this location. Between purchasing a new range and microwave to buying shipping boxes to custom paint for my daughter's room. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My only reason for rating it 4 stars is the stories is almost always messy in some area, boxes in the aisle, a box cutter left out on a pallet, items mis-stocked. But that could be due to the store being busy. Regardless it's my go to location for home improvement needs.

This Lowes is nice. The staff is good, but often wrong when giving directions at to where things are. The prices are high, but the quality of the items is decent.

Succulents are priced better and healthier looking than at Home depot, in the garden dept. Shopped for lamps too, nice selection of up to date styles. Customer service a little bit slow today, however.

You mean they don't just go into recycling bin? 😜
Roger i have read your question, but lowes or home Depot can facilitate your request, but it is much better if you raise that question with them for the exact answer
I don't know if Lowe's takes old paint, but Tempe has a "hazardous materials" drop off point near University Dr and McClintock Dr in Tempe. Not open much (only Fri and Saturday), search for "Tempe household products collection center" for more information. Must be Tempe resident, but the website has info for other cities.
