They do not pay for services done on their property. My husband painted two units in June of this year. We have received no payment and no one will return our calls. Rhonda nor Maria Lee will return our calls. It’s about $2,000.00 dollars worth of labor they refuse to pay for. UPDATE: Finally received payment today 9-27-22 for work done in late June.

I cannot truly put into words the amount of gratitude I have for the staff here. My family and I could not have imagined what kind of assistance we were going to need while moving my father into their facility. I really do believe these folks were heaven sent for us!! They stepped up so significantly when I’m sure most would have been inclined to “pass” on the BRAND NEW, extremely difficult tenant. There aren’t enough “thank yous” my family and I could possible say to adequately express our appreciation for Mindy and the team at The Terrace @ Mtn Creek.

When moving a parent into assisted living there are so many questions, so much anxiety and uncertainty. It’s completely new territory. Independent, assisted, memory care…..Terrace at Mountain Creek can do it all. Our appreciation goes to Mindy! Mindy helped us navigate a very rough situation, gave us her complete attention, worked endless hours making things happen, cried with us, encouraged and guided us through the hardest 24 hours! Our gratitude is endless for Mindy and her assisted living and memory care staff!!!

It is our desire to assist you with your transportation needs. We will provide transportation to and from appointments within a 10-mile radius of the community at no additional cost. Transportation services are offered on specific days of the week, depending on the utilization and needs of our residents.
You will find opportunities for engagement throughout the community. Card games, happy hours, bingo, puzzles, playing the piano, watching a movie and reading are common interests. We also offer scheduled weekly outings. Outings may include lunch at a popular restaurant, going to a movie or the theater or a shopping excursion.
Yes, you can. Our meal services are available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with three delicious meals served restaurant-style each day in our dining room.
Most residents pay for their services by personal check or ACH. Some of our residents have long-term care insurance policies or some other source of third-party income. We will be glad to provide you with any information that can help you to process your insurance claims; however, we do not do direct billing to insurance companies. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Absolutely. You are highly encouraged to decorate your apartment to make it feel like home. If you have unique decorative needs or interests, please check with our executive director. We will look for ways to help accommodate them.
Prior to moving in, you will be required to complete a number of documents. These documents include, but are not limited to, medical authorization forms, prescription information, resident agreement, copies of power of attorney paperwork, insurance cards, a summary of monthly invoice charges, leasing information and safety guidelines.

I wanted to say that whatever they make - they work for every cent! They are the best kitchen and serving staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet and have take care of our parents!
