My Dad LOVES it here! Everyone that works here is helpful, friendly and loves my dad! The room is a perfect size for him and he has all his needs met plus care, attention, & love from the staff! Kendra, the manager is WONDERFUL as well as everyone that works here! I'm grateful for my dad having such a great home to enjoy & love!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My mother was a resident there for a little over 7 years. . She was taken care of very well and I was very please over all until she had to be moved to a nursing home. I had already paid for a full month in advance. She only stayed there. 8 days and I was told after she had to move, I would be refunded payment for the remainder of the month. After talking with Kendra Coulter on numerous occasions with promises of a partial refund, none was ever made. I had to immediately retrieve her personal belongings because they had already rented the room to someone else. I even donated some of her furniture for use by other residents there!

This place is roaches infected and the food look nasty...People is unhappy there...Managers are disrespectful to employees ...Please put your family in other places beside this place..They don't have the equipment for the people to be back in good health .Kendra needs to learn how to treat they employees that work there ..it not good things about this place

No. There was an employee at Hickory Valley Retirement who was charged with theft. This did NOT happen at Summit View where we do extensive criminal background checks prior to hiring.
