Worst customer service! I visited the store for a specific dress and was told that they sold it. I found said dress and asked about different sizes (only had small and med and i needed Large). He said no, there weren’t any. Since there was plenty of time before the event, i asked if it was possible to order it, his response was let me check and call you (pretended to help). Then i didn’t receive a call back, so i called him and he said no, they stopped making them and gave me a bs excuse that the dress would go back into production around Dec. So then I did my own checking and called the manufacturer, and guess what...plenty of sizes available and in stock. Ordered online and received it in 3 days. I guess Lee didn’t want my business, nor do I want to hand him my hard-earned money anymore. The black lady that works there is a sweetheart but I feel for her for having to deal with that jerk aka Lee.

My experience was horrible. The customer service was really bad and the lady had an attitude. Mind you, she didn’t mention that you can only try on 3 dresses the entire time you’re there!! After my friend tried on 3 dresses and went to look for more, she told her that she couldn’t go back into the fitting rooms. Worst place ever! Hope this review helps.

My oldest daughter went looking for her prom dress she stated the owner was very rude and lacked customer service! Followed them around the store!! If I could return her dress I would. Does not need to be open if you are not customer friendly.
