2nd Appointment: I called to confirm that they still took our insurance and they said yes. I made appointments a month in advance and had email and text confirmations. We showed up and they did not have our appointments, and they did not take our insurance. They said that we did not confirm our appointments (I did) and that they tried to leave a voicemails but my voicemail was full (it was empty) - I checked my phone and they called once and did not leave a voicemail. The front desk girl was nice. 1st Appointment: Everything was good until the very end when they told me that I could schedule the appointment for my fillings up front - but no one had mentioned fillings at all (and I was paying close attention) or I would have asked questions when they asked if I had any. Update: They sent me a $700 bill, when I had clearly repeated that I only wanted what was approved by my insurance.

Everyone was polite and friendly nothing but good things to say except they forgot to give me my prescriptions and it took a few days as to was a weekend and a holiday to get it all corrected. So I was in pain for 5 extra days that’s why I took one star ⭐️ away.

I payed 120 or 125.
Call and ask
Yes they take Aetna,Cigna and Humana
Because insurance changes often, you should call them. But I can tell you they are a 1p star dentist office!
Call to find out for sure. They took Blue Cross from us.
I believe so. They have made a partial for my daughter. Call them to make sure.
I have seen the Care Credit pamphlets there.
They only accept private insurance. They don't take any state/government/Medicaid programs. I believe Wellcare is one of Medicaid's programs.
