Terrible work!! Horrible customer service. My dads Date of death was engraved much larger than all the other dates. I spoke with the owner on a few occasions but could never get him to meet up with me to discuss solutions. Obviously I can’t buy another headstone! He had one chance and literally failed. How much would you pay for someone to destroy your mother and fathers headstone?? I paid @ $150. My parents would be so disappointed and there is nothing I can do except warn others not to buy from Twilight Monuments!!
