Highly upset. Paid for stone 8 April. Said would be on soon before Memorial Day mope. Was told they had to do special stones up north. Not my problem. My mother’s stone was just important more important to me. Then I heard July 4. It is now 13 of July still no stone. I now have heard some time this week. I feel I should revive a refund. Don’t make promises you won’t keep. I will be talking to a lawyer. Debra Harrod

Hi Tina, It depends on the color of granite and where it comes from. If it is an import granite it may take up to a year to receive the granite. If it is a U.S. granite it has been taking about 9-10 months to receive it. Usually it does not take this long, but the past 2 years it has. If we have the granite in stock, it would be much faster. Thank you!
We require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance after it is set into the cemetery. Normal time frame will be around 12 weeks, but it depends on the color of the granite. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
