I would never stay at this place again. We stayed 15 days at this location, and not one time did they service our room. We were told by housekeeping they would be be in on a certain day so we left and when we got back they had never been in the room. We asked housekeeping for clean sheets the next day and they said they were at the front of the building and they would bring some the next day, we'll they never brought them. We were getting ready to leave and as we always do we remove the bedding and clean the room. When we took the sheets off my daughter's bed there was no mattress cover and the mattress was disgusting and so gross. The mattress was so bad and all I could think is my daughter slept in that bed and it looked like it could have been blood, bodily fluids and that mattress should not have been in that room. I tried to contact the manager after we left but I could never reach them. The water in the shower smelled like rust and we were lucky there were only a couple roaches. I have gotten no response from this location at all.

BED BUGS HERE! Stay somewhere else. I was a victim of this location on 4/30/22. I am still recovering and it's 5/21/22. The hotel gave me my money for the room but HAS REFUSED TO SHOW US THE EXTERMINATOR REPORT. No need to wonder why they're not transparent and honest. Call the local Health Dept if you experience the same problem!!

This place was nasty the sheets had stains the floors were caked in dirt( so much so that if you step on it just once barefoot your foot turns black no exaggeration needed) the walls itself was stained. They left 1 towel in the bathroom in the two bed unit and nothing else. I know you use to get soap at least...There was a guy who cases cars in front of the place looking in eveyones car and all sorts of shade happing out in front. Truth is my sinuses hated staying there and we left at 3am cause we couldn't stand it anymore. We were just driving on a road trip and only needed a clean warm bed and a shower so no mater what you want to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I gave it a star for the front desk they were nice.

*It's Motel 6, not a Hilton, so we didn't expect much, but Should Be Cleaner* Bed consists of unpadded mattress on a platform. There is a microwave & fridge, but we didn't use them. Plastic cups, bar soap, TV , and USB outlet b/twn beds are the only amenities in room. Bath towels are small Positives: Beds clean, no bed bugs, heater worked. Parking lot, while small, seemed safe, no people lurking. Negatives: Floor, especially edges & baseboards, need to be steam mopped/scrubbed/cleaned to remove grime. Kinda seems like just disinfectant was sprayed or sploshed around with an old string mop (based on smell), but no actually floor cleaning has been done effectively in quite a while. Lots of live crickets in the BR, but thankfully none in the beds. Many in our party (4 rooms) had stained towels or bedding. Obviously laundered, yes, but stained, which is still not what you want in a motel/hotel and *white* towels. "Non-smoking" room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
