When I say unprofessional isn’t the word for this place the space isn’t big enough for me to even begin to tell how RUDE and disrespectful some of the workers are there remember I stated SOME. I would Never and I mean never put someone whom I love in the care of this place with the amount of rudeness that is in this place Ms Nix/ Ms.Knicks are whatever her name is needs to be fired are on leave I respect the older people but she is the most rudest of all times

This shyte is ridiculous, I am a patient and I'm in a Room with a cancer patient also a heart attack victim, neither one of our nurses call phones work and haven't for the last 3 weeks, yes Georgia I'm in a room with to work severally diagnosed patient and there is no way to get help for either of us in case of an emergency, so basically these Gentleman would die if they had an emergency, this facility is charging 1000.00 per month for most individuals and they can't even get help if needed, it's bad enough the cna's are unavailable between the hours of 1am till 5am because their sleep, but pay attention and beware before you admit your loved one or ones to this facility because the next time you see them, you might be identifying them in the mourge !!!!!! No cap, I will be reporting this to the state of Georgia first thing tomorrow morning !! God bless and becareful Georgia.

I was a patient in Nov/Dec 2010, the general nursing care required for recovery from a cervical fusion proceedure was seriously lacking. The medical staff could be described as ignorant to my own individual required assistance regarding a cervical brace being worn 24/7 and no instructions in reference in how to retain long term cervical mobility. As a result, I am existing with only 20% ROM of my neck, this restriction is contributing to additional stress and pain to my lumbar spine. So I am an example of when the Grady Health System will not provide the best medical care required on an individual patient basis, the surgery performed has been medically labeled as failed. I still have the same major symptoms as medically noted before this surgery was performed. I would NOT recommend anyone be admitted to this facility for rehabilitation​ of major spinal surgery expecting positive long term results​.

My brother has been a resident at this facility since july 2021, and has nothing but horrible things to say, the staff is very rude and unprofessional, he also states he sits in urine and feces for 3 to 4 hours after requesting to be changed hours ahead of time. The worst is at night ! He states that he requests a change around 1am when a majority of the resident are sleeping and doesn't get a change till noon the following day ! I am aware of COVID as a LEGAL ATTORNEY but this is unacceptable, and will be reaching out to state officials because him contacting Crestview officials isn't helping any !!! So beware
