Very happy with our stay here. So glad the breakfast buffet is back! The morning crew did a wonderful job and were very friendly.

We were greeted (if you call staring at you a greeting) by a very efficient staff member with a clinical approach and devoid of personality. Our "suite" had "stuff" on the carpet, M&M's candy on the sofa, leftover food in the warm refrigerator, dim lighting, heavy stains in the slippery bathtub, stains and hair on and in the toilet, hair in the sink, and was generally unsanitary. The lighting overall felt like I was in 60's era motel, and the bathroom lighting was especially bleak. It's the first time in recent history I can think of that I refused to leave a tip for housekeeping. I realize this isn't a five-star resort, but I didn't expect it to be a weak competitor, either. I have numerous stays at mom & pop motels far nicer than the non-suite suite we paid for at the Holiday Inn in Casa Grande. I'll likely seek one of the numerous options now available for my next stay in the Big House.

Not worth almost $200/night. Staff complacent & uninterested. Cannot even come up with 2 hangars. Our "renovated room" lacked lighting in the bathroom. Lamp outlets didn't work. Room key didn't always work in pool area & elsewhere. Night clerk couldn't care less. No microwave in breakfast area, so warm coffee & other offerings could not be reheated.

The room was great and the best part was the fun staff at check in that night, and at breakfast in the morning. The room wasso nice that I never stirred all night long. Of course, other than the one time I had to relieve myself. Other than that, it was a greatplace to stay. The only downside was the price, but it was pretty much in line with everything else.
