Can I leave no stars or negative stars? This was a terrible experience, the whole place is dated and practically falling apart. Management was something else, call down to request a late check out and you're told no because they are sold out the next day or to call back in the morning, just to be told no. Then when asking if it's possible to extend there's no issue with extending, but I can't get a late check out because they're sold out? Then the amount/balance of chemicals in the hot tub burns your eyes just standing next to it, couldn't imagine what it would be like to actually get in. This place is in need of serious help, from the ground up. Not worth the money paid. Beds are hard, towels are stained and dirty, staff is not helpful. Safe your money by spending a few extra dollars down the road anywhere else.

Large hotel that must have been nice 20years ago, however it has not been well maintained. The carpet was nasty, the shower dripped constantly, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, they don’t even put the soap and so on in the room... they hand you a bag with that stuff in it. We were definitely not impressed especially for the amount the room cost.

Nice place stayed in room 112. They need some tan or sand colored caulk all the white caulk all over everything doesn't look good. Ceiling above shower needs repair, the shower needs the drain cleared it backed up when we were taking a shower. I still gave them 4 stars because the things that were wrong wasn't the end of the world just need their maintenance staff to give these rooms a little more attention. I'm a hotel maintenance man myself.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The building is older so understand that when choosing to stay here. The rooms are clean. But dated. Others have commented on the train going by. We didn't hear it with the ac unit on high. The pool is inviting in the hot weather. The breakfast buffet is great. There is a lot of choices for the whole family. We would likely stay there again.
