Don't live there but have family there who love it. Clean, secure and near a great park for walking. Great pool area

Water and trash are included in rent, and they are total electric, so that would be the only other necessary bill. There is free WiFi in the common areas like the lobby, parlor, activities room, pool, and computer rooms.
