I visited this place a few years ago. I was excited to get started but when I walked in I was not greeted. I informed the young girl that it was my first time there. I had to ask probing questions but it was a complete fail. The owner didn’t take the time to explain anything either. I walked out and never looked back. Not sure how they have good reviews.

This is the only way I can stay in shape and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! It literally feels like a home there and you get the most authentic workout because everyone is trained by the highly sought after coach Xavier Biggs. And his reputation along with the staff proceeds them. Classes and training is so consistent and they push me to be consistent too since that was my struggle. I can confidently say, I have more than just a gym, I have a home here!

60/ a month 1 session a week. 90/ month for 2 sessions a week. 120/ month for 3 sessions It can be any 2 days or and 1 day.
