If being friendly an courteous to you .yes I stood in line but observed how they react to each customer, they are not distracted from you while serving you. They take care of what you request an even offer to order a specific item if they don't have it just for you. Not saying they don't have everything tobacco related,but take a chance by special ordering for one person not knowing if you will come back or not tells me that they totally rock.I guess we all have a different definition of rock. They rock in my world very few businesses take a personal interest in the customers needs most of them just want to make a sale an don't care if you come back or not hurry hurry an get to the next customer. Not here they honestly honor their customers .an that's rare. Hope I helped since no one else would touch your question. 🐶

Tobacco shop owner does not allow employees to give Any prices over the phone.
No no drive thru, if you have a mobility issue though they will often work with you if you call when you pull up.. You must have valid photo and form of payment ... then an employee or the owner can bring you back your order to your car.
