Horrible place take it from me personally I’ve worked there for over 6 months out of the bond i grew with workers and my residents however this perfect picture there’re painting is very far from being correct ! Management - VERY MESSY the owner of the building is never even there herself doesn’t know what’s going on with her own building her site manager along with others talk down on workers and let it get back to cause confusion between other workers . Care- your parents are and will not being treated properly they can’t even run you down what the care aides did for your loved one in a day they do not CHART ! The smell is horrible the elderly are being ate up by bedbugs. People are not being treated for Covid-19 properly. Not to mention the beating on the residents take it from me it’s all about money for these people nothing is compassionate AT ALL

I credit Summerset Assisted Living with saving my mother's life. I say that because they took extra care to insure the safety of the residents and staff during the entire Covid pandemic. The facility is top notch. The owner/operators (The Willis Family) treat everyone like family. They are truly a blessing.
