I made an appointment a month in advance for therapy completed the intake and Dr never showed for telemedicine visit. So now I'm even more stressed that my personal information is out in this world for anyone to use. Had to give copy of license and ssc number truly ridiculous

UPDATE: to add insult to injury, after telling me he would forgive my balance, he sent me to collections. Amazing guy. This is the rudest doctor i have ever visitied in my 32 years of life. Super arrogant and disregarding of his patients emotions. Here is my experience- on my first (and last) visit, i received a series of iPad questions which aimed to diagnose any mental condition. After that was conducted, Dwight Owens comes in and talks to me for about 5-10 mins only to tell me that i suffer from anxiety and adhd and to schedule my next appointment. During that discussion he was a bit confrontstional but i Didn’t think much about it. Fine. Today, i receive a statement which says the visit was $655 and that i have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. WHAT!?!?! I’m not arguing with the diagnosis, I’m upset about the lack of communication about such a serious diagnosis and that i had to find out in a statement charging me $655. So called and i REPSECTFULLY tried to explain my concerns but he responded by telling me that it was too much to hover in one visit and that there are many other psychiatrists out there that i can visit. Obviously i know that but with that statement, his arrogance and disrespect was uncovered. I’m looking for help not further anguish and he isnt the guy for me. And from the reviews, he obviously isn’t right for many people.
