The doctor is great, but the staff (front office) worker is so rude and such a liar, I’ve been trying to get my doctor prescribed order , faxed to Southern Regional Hospital for a ultrasound with biopsy, I called the office twice, the 1st time she told me she had faxed it, but when I called the hospital back I was told the never received my order, but the 2nd time I called she told me to give her 10 minutes, I actually gave her 20 minutes and still nothing, so I went to the office I was told that their fax machine was broken and she was going to call me when it gets done, my next question was what number are you gonna call?, then she finally asked me for my phone number , being rude as hell

It's amazing someone would have the odasity to write a post like this, for more than 30 years we have taken care of our patients, especially elderly patients, we have several patients staff members answering phones. If your call is not answered our phones ring to the Administrators personal cellphone. We take a lot of pride in treating our patients, and making sure they have what they need. We only wish you had called and asked for a manager so this could be be resolved oppose to posting this.
