I wouldn't let my cat stay at this facility. Covid cases everywhere. Bugs all over the place. Just plain terrible. The people that have raved about this place must be friends of the staff here who were asked to write a good review just to boost their ratings. Either that or they have been paid.

I would rate lower if it were possible. I can not understand how this bulding hasn't been condemned OR how anyone would write a 5 star review. It's got to be friends of the owner fluffing the reviews. The accommodations are old, filthy, moldy, dim and dingy. The baseboards are gross. The linen is soiled. My loved one had no running water in his bathroom for months. The nursing station houses people who know the answer to nothing. Plus, they NEVER answer the phone. The residents remain in soiled diapers too long. Spilled urinals are neglected. The floors are sticky and disgusting. I could go on and on. The state needs to do something.

I was so excited to see the level of professionalism at Riverdale. Top notch leadership from VP of Ops to Admin to DON to floor staff. So refreshing to see a group so committed to their Residents.
