Emily is a master of her trade! The quality of the meat they sell is outstanding ! Last year I ordered my Christmas filet a month early to lock in the price. I purchased it frozen and removed it a few days prior to our gathering. I am very particular about our Christmas filet and I must say, it was, hands down, the best filet we have ever had!! The quality of the meat is such that the time in the freezer did not affect it at all! Thank you ladies!

This quaint little butcher shop is awesome! I was greeted upon entering and everyone was so nice. I can't wait to try this cherry wood smoked bacon. If it taste as good as this smoked turkey on this deli sandwich that also purchased, then we are definitely coming back! This turkey is sooooooooo good!!!
