I order 5 sets of pancakes twice a week for my family. I normally have Urber deliver them. Today, I placed a phone order. I had to wait 45 minutes after being told that the order would be 15 minutes. The front end host is always unpleasant. She can't be asked prices or questions. She storms off when being asked simple questions as though she is the owner. The pancakes were overcooked today. This was a family place for brunch on Sundays too. I will no longer spend money where the staff is consistently unprofessional. I use Urber to avoid the interaction with the young lady infront who assist with walk in customers. Unfortunately, I had to pickup it today.

The food was exceptional and all of the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY. We are visiting from out of town and came back three days in a row. Definitely will return on our next visit
