Oshe was so so very helpful. I couldn't of asked for anyone else to assist us, she was absolutely outstanding! She was so kind and full of positive vibes only! She made the move in day, feel like a breeze and took the time to explain everything in depth and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this apartment complex, if you're in the market for a beautiful and happy community, that also offers spacious living too. It has everything to offer and more. Check them out!!! ((:

I used to love this complex, but with the new RPM management company I am very unhappy with them. My rent was increased by $153 per month in March and they can’t even take care of simple maintenance requests. I have been waiting for 2 and a half months to have light bulbs changed in all rooms of my apartment. I have lived here for 10 years and I have only had to wait a day or 2 for maintenance with other management companies to complete my service requests, but apparently the new management company has been short staffed since they took over almost a year ago. As much as they are raising rents with all my neighbors they should be able to hire more maintenance people.

I have been staying here for the past 4 years. The community was very nice until the new management came in and changed the community name to drift Dunwoody. They put so many rules, that you start to feel like you are staying in hostel with a strict warden. You are charged for parcel lockers, even if the couriers/residents are not allowed to use them. However, the irony is people who do not keep the premises clean are still continuing the same. I see people smoking the corridors and parking areas, and throwing away stubs everywhere. I constantly find few people in terrace level parking space hanging around whenever I step out. I don't know if they are residents or the property's staff, I don't feel safe around them.

Part two of our nightmare experience at these apartments, Ive notified them of the bathtub chipping several times still no one out to fix and now its so bad my child cant even take a bath in this tub. Also doing "upgrades" around the property and had contractors come out for the fire and sprinkler systems and this is how they left that work completed, there's plenty of other places in Atlanta actually worth $2000 a month and this is not one.
