Sushi grade means that it has been frozen in a super cooled freezer that puts it at temperatures low enough that it kills everything that can make you sick or give you worms. This is why a lot of people won't eat any cheap sushi. They worry about the safety of eating the fish raw and are concerned that it may have not been frozen for long enough or at temperatures cold enough. If you aren't sure, ask them! Where do they get it? How long was it frozen? At what temperature? Etc. If no one can tell you, skip it.

Always call! Retail managers have a ton of work & responsibilities & are not paid nearly enough. Going through applications won't tell them who wants the job badly enough to do the work once you're hired. Always make the effort to show them that you really want it by calling. Then they have a voice to go with that piece of paper & you'll stand out among the other applicants.

I would say yes, have not seen it myself. But if the Farmer Market does not have it. Go to Mexican Supermarket Stores. You'll probably find it there. But it's a seasonal vegetable during the Fall and Spring!

My last 2 trips have been extremely unsatisfactory. Food quality, staff uninterested in offering info about products, checkout personnel are indifferent to assisting those in wheelchairs. Was a wonderful experience first time, very disappointing.
