Watched my friends try to return a mattress and I got to see first hand how they treat people. I’ve worked in high value sales and customer service for 12 years, I run a profitable people centric business as well. What I know is this: if someone wants to return your products in accordance to your return policy, YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. If someone wants to return your products OUTSIDE of your return policy, YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. What I saw was a disgrace. Badmouthing other companies, refusing to help figure out a way to make the return faster (I had to come up with a solution for them by asking question to get to a solution that they could have provided), not telling us we can return directly to the headquarters, then refusing to give the address of their headquarters. All of this, while proudly telling us how long they’ve worked there and owned the company for. Also, as I’m scrolling on the reviews on Yelp, someone else was lied to about getting free shipping but still gave 5 stars on their review. I encourage the people in charge to hire someone who knows what they’re doing to come in and train these people. There must be hundreds of thousands of dollars of profit being lost because of the way these people treat their customers.

My wife stopped in after hearing their ads. Tony was so informative and non-pushy that she brought me to the store a day later. Suffice to say we bought a set of twin XL mattresses (split king.xl). We like buying from local manufacturers whenever possible, and I refuse to buy Chinese on sheer principle! I like the fact that the Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are made here in Arizona, USA. Their reviews were excellent, and the replacement warrantee is very strong, as well.
