Drive through been sitting here 25 min no one is coming to the window employees standing around and only one blonde woman helping all these people Hit the call button several times wasn’t till I honk that someone came to the freaking window what the hell

Our Dr sent over an anti seizure medicine for our 9 year old. Safeway rejected it and said we needed pre-authorization. Spent 2 hours on the phone to get the paperwork completed. Dr called Safeway and asked them to complete the order. David at the pharmacy refuses to fill the prescription. Keeps claiming Dr has not sent right paperwork and refuses to assist getting the prescription filled. Asked repeatedly for a supervisor to only be told manager is on vacation and will not give me their name. I am truly disappointed. Just trying to get the seizure medicine our son desperately needs. Husband called separately and had a female that was also of no use. Thought she hung up the phone and talked badly about my husband for several minutes to a co-worker since he threatened to file a complaint. Serious lack of professionalism.
