My husband has advanced dementia and is home bound. He is seen regularly by a wonderful nurse practitioner from this practice. Last week he ran a fever. I left a text for the nurse. Within 15 minutes a prescription was filled at our pharmacy and the next morning he had his blood drawn to determine the problem. I have tried several other practices. This program is by far the most professional and quickest to respond.

The Office is extremely well run- no long wait times and everyone is friendly, welcoming and efficient. I was so impressed by Dr. Morales and this practice that I changed my doctor and so have several of my friends. You are in excellent hands with this group.

I am 37 years old and i take care of my father who is only 70 years old. My father is diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia and managing my dad's health can be extremely difficult at times. my dad is not mobile and to get him to the doctor is nearly impossible. AIM house calls is honestly a saving grace for us! Filippa and Keva are absolutely amazing! they are always available and always call you back! my dads condition is not an easy one and Aim house calls helps me through all my fathers medical needs day by day. I was a patient for well over two years and never missed an appointment. I was going to this office close to 48 times a year seeing 3 different people under Dr. Grobman. I got sick once and told them I couldn't make it to find out a few days later at my next appointment I was being charged and they couldn't work with my financial situation. I tried to resolve this issue on multiple occasions with no understanding. When asked it took over a week to cancel my medical i.d. card and even longer to give my doctor the records they had. My prescription expired weeks ago and they are saying it could take up to a month. Why would a doctor take you off several medicines to with hold you from taking the one that got you off everything? I don't understand this and it feels cruel.
