The office manager woman was very racist and completely disrespectful, unprofessional... YOU NAME IT! She called the cops on my business owner friend who introduced himself and his company and showed his work order and because he's BLACK or American Native she yells at him and calls the cops. How so very very very racist and disrespectful. No one should support this business not ever. THEY ARE VERY RACIST... RACIST... RACIST... I'VE SEEN MANY COMPANIES GO OUT OF BUSINESS IN MY FIELD OF LAW!

I've been seeing Dr. Hendrix exclusively for over four years now. With him personally, I've never had any problems whatsoever and I felt I had full control over my own personal health and what I was willing to take in the improvement thereof, and not, was favorably under my own control, which is paramount and should be for everyone who cares about themselves to any nominal extent. I've not had a single drug screen come back with any problems until now shortly before I was awed and dismayed to find out my drug screen came back with, of all things, Methadone-something I've never taken in my entire life nor do I know how in the world that could happen to be what is said to have been in my system.I only take one other drug on top of my Vistaril which happens to also be an antihistamine, that, being Benadryl. I don't know and haven't been informed of how to dispute this or take another drug screen

It depends on what prescriptions you get, the best thing to do is call the office and ask
With insurance, prices are subject to your copay and deductibles. Without insurance, first visit is $150 and $100 a visit after that. For the Suboxone Program, if filing on insurance, subject to copay and deductibles and required to come in every 2 weeks to see doctor. If no insurance, $200 for first visit and then $50 for each week you purchase. Required to come in every 4 wks for a visit. Drug screens are done regularly with this program. Please call the office with any questions you may have. We are here to help.
