I went today, thinking I had an appointment. It was yesterday. The Black thin girl on the 2nd floor at the reception desk seemed to be very irritated with me. She seemed not to care what I had to say. Someone needs to talk to her about her attitude. Sorry I had to even say this.

I had hip replacement surgery April 5th 2022. I haven't had any income since since covid due to my surgery couldn't be scheduled until the hospital started doing surgeries again. I had a hard time after surgery and saw Dr Patrick boyette to get my staples out a couple weeks after my surgery. I called to see Dr boyette and there is a balance of $133 so I can not be seen by any doctor at TOC. My insurance paid thousands of dollars except $133 and cut me off without even seeing if it had healed properly. Iny opinion this is awful. He could have atleast checked my hip and leg to see if it was ok. I'll never refer anybody to them and they sure better hope it's nothing wrong with my hip.

Been ok so far I have get shot in my knee an anytime I think need one I go he put it in nice friendly good personally .most I go act like they don't want to see you

I like Dr.Hatfield primarily because he takes time to answer questions. I come to him for steroid shots in my shoulders and that medication is a blessing!! Doc is quick and as painless as is possible
