Not sure if the food today is their best, but it’s delicious and more than enough, the staff seemed happy, and the cashier is a professional.. he takes me around and showed me everything they have, as well as give me some recommendations “ it was a good one ( original shrimp) “ Would recommend it 4sure 👍🏻

We love Pei Wei’s food but the service at this location has dropped off a cliff. We always pick up our orders and the last number of times we’ve ordered there is never anybody working the takeout counter so you just pick up your food from the cubbies. There is always something missing or wrong and sometimes multiple items missing. You can call the store but the phone just rings and rings so you’re left to try to correct the issue through the mobile app, I guess it’s just the sad state of things that customer service is no longer a concern by these establishments

This is our second experience with the same issue of the order wrong and the Staff being rude about it like it was my problem that it was wrong when the person at the register enters it wrong. Both times I have ordered 2 gluten free sweet and sour chicken with no veggies and white rice. Order comes out and there is one with veggies and one without. I inform them that it is wrong and they tell me that's how I ordered it. Person at register will say oh I entered it wrong, meanwhile the person packing the orders will still act like it's my problem while rolling her eyes at me about it. Pei Wei used to be good and good service and now the food is good and their service is terrible. Really sad. You have officially lost a customer after giving a second chance. I won't do business with rude service.

A good amount of vegetarian choices. Brown and white rice options. Rice, tofu, sauce, and edamame were all very good. Good variety of fountain beverages. Fair pricing.
