Loved my experience! My husband and I took our 2 kids to Mineola to renew their passports because we couldn't get appointments in Flushing for over three months. Processing was easy because we were well prepared, that's very important. The only hiccup was the Walgreens passport pictures were not good enough so they took new pictures on site. Absolutely wonderful experience with our clerk 2, I believe her name is Shirley. She was awesome!

Postal workers are always working, but office, customer service is open every day 9am to 5pm, except Sunday. 😊
Yes there is a small lot and you usually can get a spot in the street as well.
