We reserved a 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn in Chandler (near the Chandler mall). After receiving our keys and finding our room, we walked into "our room" that WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY SOMEONE ELSE (since we were checking in so late at night, we're lucky the occupant didn't have a weapon when we walked right into their room)!! When we went to the front desk to inform them, the attendant punted any responsibility for the mistake and took no ownership and just brushed it off. We finally get another room and luckily this one didn't already have someone in it. After setting our stuff down we looked around the room and it wasn't good. Most of the furniture had stains and the room had a weird odor to it. It didn't look like the room had been truly cleaned/sanitized (maybe just spot checked?). We contemplated just buying an air mattress for the night since we already paid for the rooms but between the odor/cleanliness, we couldn't feel comfortable enough to stay. Ended up checking out after wasting money for one night stay and will NEVER be staying here or any other Hampton again. Terrible customer service (and accountability) and EXTREMELY poor cleanliness.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn chandler nice area hotel was clean rooms so comfy. I was very comfortable no complaints at all. Staff is friendly accommodating. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my family and friends. Most relaxing hotel and lots of close things to do.

We recently spent 4 days in this Hampton Inn while attending the Radford Driving School in Chandler and had a great time. First of all, we LOVE Hampton Inn and the consistent quality they offer. The people running this hotel were all very nice, and Anthony the GM was friendly and engaging, always making sure our stay was going well and we didn't need or want anything additional. The facility itself was clean and well kept, and the pool area was neat and enjoyable. Parking was very convenient here, and it isn't always the case with some Hamptons. All and all we had a great stay and are looking forward to coming back to stay here again!

Check-in with Domenique made us feel like we are welcome, and she was super helpful. Front desk changed when we were on the way to eat and Taylor also made us feel welcome and appreciated. At check out, Bonnie helped us and it was a smooth, seamless process. Room was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN - and the hotel exudes hospitality. We went out of our way quite a bit to stay here but we will be back - the PEOPLE here make this a great stay. The price was good, the room large - and did I mention CLEAN ?? VERY CLEAN - Thank you!
