Lady went to lunch informed who would help me if I needed it when she left. Nice people in office but no one answers their phones. Trying to get elderly person some help in this office is like pulling teeth. FOUND OUT PAPERWORK TURNED IN 20 AUGUST HADNT BEEN TOUCH ITS NOVEMBER....THESE PEOPLE SHOULD ALL BE FIRED

They do not answer the phones. If you have a case worker they will Ignore You. The supervisor will never answer her phone. I have had the worst experience of my whole entire live with the Brooks County DFCS.

Why are these state workers so awful?! Seriously. I can’t get ANYONE on the phone. The one time I did that heifer hung up on me! As a matter of fact I was calling as I typed this. It rang for 2 minutes and literally just disconnected. Useless

Its true.its like they are told to ignore the phones you have to go in person and still that doesn't mean you will get what you qualify for.

They never do!!! Neither do the case workers

My part of the food stamp for the past 2 months.i dont have a job I'm homeless living house to house an he works making good money he is feeding his fugitive roommates with my food stamps how do I get off his case and get my own?? I'm hungry

Just apply when they've seen that u have a separate application they will contact u just provide your contact info online. But be sure to make that online account

Why no one in the brook county office never answer the phone just need to ask a question then this answer machine has lady on there that Don't speak English don't understand what she saying
