We have always been drawn to LazyBoy because of the quality products they offer. We recently worked with Ilene and purchased two chairs for our home. Ilene offered their free design service and brought Betsy into the picture. The two of them have been so wonderful to work with. They really listened to us, offered advice and recommendations not only about their products, but also design tips to enhance our home. They offered their honest opinions in a polite, professional and friendly way. They explained how their recommendations worked together for the best outcome, but we never felt at all pushed into making a purchase. Wait time for special orders is crazy, but it’s the way of the world right now and nothing LazyBoy can do about it. Highly recommend Ilene and Betsy, and we can’t wait to receive our items!

We had a great experience shopping for our new sofa and loveseat. Our salesperson Michelle T. Was so knowledgeable about all aspects. She made sure we had plenty of time sitting in each sofa so we could pick the best fit for both my husband and me. Also aided in picking fabric

We visited the Chandler, AZ store and Cami Frasier was our sales consultant. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Cami took time to listen to what we were looking for and then took us around the showroom a bit to familiarize us with Lay-Z-Boy. She offered the company's free design service so we had her Betsy, one of the store's design consultants, come out to our house. It was great! We had decided on the piece we wanted (a sideboard) but the ladies brought several variations of the color (soft white) for the base and the top (med-dark to dark brown) so we could see the color in our home's light, not the store's lighting. We also discussed updating some of our living room furniture and Betsy took several photos of the room, all the while she and Cami were asking probing questions about style, color preference, etc... I've had other companies provide their design services but Lay-Z-Boy has the easiest process by far! The ladies also were enthusiastic and engaged with us. They made the visit fun. It's not a big project, at least not this first phase, but Cami and Betsy made us feel just as important as if we were ordering up an entire house of furniture. And the furniture is made with 100% birch, high quality that will last for years. My husband and I are beyond happy with our decision to stop by the Lay-Z-Boy gallery. So happy, in fact, that instead of shopping our other stores, we called it a day!

Unfortunate that I have to share my horrible experience with others. However, when you give La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings every opportunity to make it right and they fail this is what it comes down to. We have filed a warranty claim and after wasting two different days to have the claims department out they can do nothing to remedy the big gaps and misalignments between the different pieces. Not to mention the couch was originally ordered with the wrong pieces and I happened to catch it on my invoice and had to reach out to them to get it fixed. Now I am left still waiting on a piece of the sectional because of their neglect. Had I not double checked the order, my sectional would have been delivered with a stationary piece versus a reclining piece. The manager could care less and the sales rep is zero help as well. Just disgusting when you get poor craftsmanship. I have never written a bad review in my life, but La-Z-Boy earned this one.
