The pool is only 4 feet so you can't really swim without scrapping your knees on the bottom... And the poolside restaurant and bar is only open on the weekend. Also there was no one to help us with our bags when we arrived...Was not impressed with this hotel will never return...Much is left to be desired if this hotel is considered a luxury resort.

For such a high end hotel it leaves so much to be desired. The beds are subpar, I’ve literally had more comfortable beds at the Holiday Inn. The walls are paper thin, we had a crying baby waking us up the entire stay and we could hear the neighbors’ conversations. The front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge my husband standing right next to me at check in. The only good part of our stay was the ocean view from our room and the valet staff. Would definitely choose a different hotel in the area for our next trip.

Just fantastic setting, people, food and service. We stayed with our 3 children, 12yrs, 13yrs and 2 yrs when holidaying from UK. Everyone was really accommodating and the whole experience was great.

Quiet, peaceful resort on the beach. Rooms are comfortable, nice size, great bathroom, and all the little touches that make it restful...even when you must work. Friendly, professional staff.

They're about $200 a day kind of expensive drinks and food right on the beach at Jensen Beach
Yes, the resort is dog friendly if they are 30 pounds or less & well mannered. No cats.
We offer Valet as well as self park across the street!
Resort beach is open. You can't go to the public beach. They offer chairs and you can't bring your own which is a bit silly. They rent umbrellas.

Yes as far as I know. We are staying a Hutchinson's resort and spa. The public beaches are closed at the moment. Not sure when they're going to open. But as far as the resorts the beaches are open. Not sure if that will help you.

Animals are allowed but I don't know the weight limit. This is what the website says: Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged $75 per night, per dog; maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Certified service dogs that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above
No...this is a resort and spa....no cooking allowed...Go and relax..let them do all the cooking...Here's one thing to remember....ROOM SERVICE
