Two scheduling mistakes with wasted trips and a billing person that is the anti customer service example. The first time I showed up for my scheduled appointment, I chalked it up to a miscommunication, a week later though when they called at 4:12 and I explained I was a few minutes away and they said ok, I showed up at 4:17, car parked and walking in for the 4:15 appointment (admittedly 2 minutes late) that I was given on a hand written card while in their office for the first scheduling mistake. They proceeded to tell me I was too late…. Done. They called me multiple times about not being able to find my insurance information, and I’ve never had this problem prior. Done, find another dentist who has competent staff…
