The best thing you can say about this place is that there's worse complexes in Boulder. The building is a recent construction, but after a few years the place is already falling apart. The fire alarm goes off on a regular basis because of faulty elevator construction and a lot of units have dealt with leaking and black mold. The worst part is the neighborhood. In the last year there have been an influx of students who like to break bottles on the sidewalk, so any dog walker is potentially looking at a bloody foot and expensive vet bill. On the upside, if you have lots of money and did a shitty job of raising your children, it's a great place to send them!
