I think that Brooke is a phenomenal store manager who puts the customer first. We had a small situation with an order that she promptly resolved. She provides a standard of quality in customer service that you really don't see anywhere else. Excited for my new furniture and even more excited to shop this store again. Highly recommend this store and the brand overall.

I’m a R&B lifer!!! Total fanboy. Mostly have the whole house outfitted from here. I worked at R&B about a decade ago and was blown away by not only the quality And design of the Furniture, but also the company. I won’t shop anywhere else, even though I no longer work there. Do yourself a favor: if you are looking for contemporary/classic furnishings, there is no other choice in Denver. Best value for quality anywhere.

We made the trip to sit on couches, we had gone through a couple of couches from American furniture at this point, and they had just both been disappointing. The showroom was well laid out and never did we feel pressured, or ignored. Margit met us in the outdoor furniture area (which is an incredible display btw, I just wanted to hang out up there for the day.) She was extremely patient with us and listened to our requests. She was a pleasure to work with. The couch was built earlier than expected and delivered near the expected build date! The communication was key, I knew where the process was every step of the way and never left wondering, or felt the need to call. The delivery team was incredibly cautious and kind. Overall an excellent experience in a sea of pretty poor performance from other furniture stores the last couple of years. We will be back for sure. Thank you to the incredible team!

Yes, we offer free fabric and leather swatches and $25 material samples. Our $25 samples come with free shipping both ways, and once returned to us, the cost is refunded.

Small accessories and select furniture items always ship free via UPS. Look for the free shipping icon when shopping online. Return UPS shipping is also free on these items. Our full-service delivery for furniture is $79 for unlimited items per trip, anywhere in the contiguous United States. Return delivery for furniture is also free.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it can take a few days to a few weeks to know if your new items will work for you. We encourage you to make a return or exchange in a timely manner because damaged, worn or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund. We don't charge a fee for canceling items, even custom items or items made just for you. We don't charge a delivery fee for returns or exchanges within the 48 contiguous states. However, original delivery charges are not refundable.

Partial payment does not apply to items shipped via UPS, tax or fees. If all items in your order are in stock and ready for delivery, full payment is collected during check out.
