Chef Barb and Chef JB are FABULOUS!! I participated in their course offering of Everyday Breads. They patiently, professionally, and with a little dash of humor guided us through baking 3 types of breads. I highly recommend this course and certainly plan to return. Completed the professional program in 2018. Was offered a job by Chef John Parks to instruct at the school and never heard from them again. Weeks later was hired: entry level and my education was disregarded by the ritz Carlton. The school is a complete waste of time, unless you (more likely; your parents) have 20k to spend so you can drink wine all day.

Hi Rog, we do not have a designated parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking right out front and meters are free after 6pm M-Saturday and all day Sunday.
Knowing they have many classes, I would call and confirm. Everything is certainly possible.
Hi Mike. The industry standard for a line chef in Denver is around $14/hr. This will change, though, depending on skill level, restaurant, etc.
Hi Chris. We do not have dedicated parking, but there are plenty of meters right out front and 4 parking lots within a block of the school.
