On the door for almost 3 hours and they haven't started. Checked in 830 for 9am appointment. I have to do a pick up at noon but looks like I'm going to miss that. Thank you Dawn Foods for having no respect for drivers and appointment times. Update later.

I purchase products for the company I work for and since a couple of professional sales people left Dawn Foods. I had at least 3-4 other sales people, who can care less if you spend $1000.00 or $10,000.00 a week, most days I try to go to other vendors for supplies and with all the shortages I have to buy from them every now and then and they will never stop disappointing me that's their only consistency. I call today to compare a price and the first thing I hear is a mother screaming at her child to bring something to her. I hung up still thinking I had the wrong number but I hear the music they play, and called back same woman answered in a bad mood and I ask for my sales rep, she immediately say "I will transfer you," he's voice mail was not working, so I call back and she hung up on me. I tried a couple of times but she would pick up and hung up. This is not the first time. So much for customer service and this remote working BS... I wish I didn't have to deal with this new generation of lazy, unprofessional, and unapologetic people. It's never their fault when they make a mistake and their supervisors have to apologize for their employees lack or common sense and customer service skills. Unreal times we are living...
