Don’t bother using this service. Arrived early to my scheduled appointment and follwed the clinic’s instructions to wait in my car until provider called me in - never received a call. Went to urgent care instead.

Five stars for Sarah Washburn NP who saw me last night. Great job, very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. CVS should really take a look at their phone system though. Very hard to maneuver. Although my experience with Ms Washburn was wonderful.

Minute Clinic needs a better name cuz this place takes forever. We really needed to be seen or else I would of left. Checked in at 3:48pm and it's now exactly 5:49. The person in front of us had an appointment and still waited 1 and half hours before she was called back. Ugh!!

Received a letter from the school district yesterday for 2 vaccinations that my daughter needed by 9/19/2016. Nothing like giving us some notice 😡 Called her pcp and their first well child appointment was Oct 4th. Hmmmm Called the 1-800 number to see if they have the vaccinations she needed, and the woman assured me they did. Got to the clinic at 9:30 and there was one woman ahead of us. Maybe waited 20 minutes before being seen. The practitioner G Lisch was wonderful. She was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Her calm demeanor worked wonders for my frightened daughter.
