The pickup location was at 1:50am on a bench at the end of town in a dark area. It was scary waiting there👎

This is not a Greyhound bus stop. It is however near where our Greyhound bus broke down at 1:30 AM. The temperature outside was 37F. With no running engine the temperature inside the bus quickly reach 37F as well. We sat in our seats for five hours before cabs took us to a McDonald's in Willits where we spent 7 hours waiting for the next bus. In my personal experience the chances of such a breakdown going from Eureka to Greyhound's hub in Oakland are 2 in 3. Seriously. And the chances of making a connecting bus in Oakland are zero. It has never happened to me that we arrived on time, or even within an hour of our scheduled time.

I have never seen them pick up wheel chairs so i don't know. You have to call greygound yourself to gwt price. Sorry not much help but you buy ticket on line
Call the MTA office to see when the Greyhound schedule is for you then tell you the price and the time for pickup and drop-off
Call the number of Greyhound and they can give you the hours and the days the pickup and departures
