Just had the absolute worst service at our local KFC. Sat and waited for 35 minutes only to be told they ran out of the food I ordered. The workers were younger kids and when not doing orders, were pulling out their cell phone and using them, then not washing their hands prior to making orders.

KFC has some really good food, a decent menu, & the prices are so so but it can get expensive. I really like the Famous Bowls they're my Favorite it comes with chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, & gravy I like to get extra gravy on mine. Their chicken is great not greasy, they have really good mashed potatoes & gravy, & their chicken sandwiches are good too, it brings it home with their honey biscuits.

This was an out of the way destination that turned into a food run. A coworker who heard that I driving to Ukiah, several hours away, yelled at me to stop by and pick up a bucket. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I needed to find a certain place and was overwhelmed with their kindness trying to give me directions. I hadn't been in KFC for about 5 years and that visit to a different city wasn't very clean and smelled badly. This KFC was very clean, sunny and there were no additional odors except for the delicious smell of chicken. I will definitely return again and again when I get the chance.
