RUDE customer service unless your wallet is open. Overheard owner (assuming owner - short, gray haired man) in a very condescending confrontation with a woman in the parking lot. He was complaining about the rent he pays, the adjoining business next door and the caliber of their customers. Awful to witness and he threatened to tow the woman's car. Go elsewhere, expect better customer experience whether wallet is open or closes. Addendum: April 2022 - business owner is defending rude behavior with rules (designated spots per business, etc), which is not the issue. The issue is that he was disturbingly rude and threatening, not just run-of-the-mill, having a bad day rude, but to the level that I still remember the conversation a year later. Anger management and customer service training might bode well for this owner. Set an example for your staff and treat people better, regardless of their parking mistakes.
